Project Description
Our clients wanted to transform their existing unusable space, to create an entertaining area that complimented their beautiful classic style home. The major components of the brief were a secure front fence with automatic gate, outdoor kitchen, covered area for entertaining and a new water feature. The design brief was achieved through the use of timber, travertine stone, render, water, lighting and plants.
Overcoming access restraints, underground services and existing structures is reflected in the final design and build. An existing Murraya hedge was also kept to ensure privacy remained and it created a wonderful green wall effect. The travertine tiles for flooring transforms the space and adds natural beauty while the mosaic water feature creates impact in the garden. Once the Buxus hedges grow together to form a beautiful border the flowering gardenias and agapanthus will add splashes of colour throughout the year
