We approached Outdoor Secrets to design and construct our highly vegetated and steep back yard into a functional outdoor space where our family and friends could spend time together. Being a challenging space, we wanted a one stop shop (for both design and construction) and to be able to visualise up front the potential outcomes given the changes in levels being proposed. Outdoor Secrets met our expectations through each step of the process by being able to produce 3D fly through models of the options for our space and to explain to us the possibilities which were available to us. From day one on meeting Nathan we felt nothing was too hard and that the entire team made the process smooth and efficient by having an in-house design team to share our ideas with, through the pricing and construction process with Adam the construction manager and Matt our site supervisor who ensured that there was a high quality of finish and attention to detail along the way.
