I discovered Outdoor Secrets on the internet in 2015. I was impressed with Nathan’s “can-do attitude” immediately. A relatively small job evolved quickly into a major project lasting 6 months! On the ground the landscape renovation was managed by a very competent hands-on young man backed up by a great team. I enjoyed being involved and got my hands dirty all the way through construction which resulted in my becoming an honorary Outdoor Secrets team member and I made some good friends in the process. The work was completed to a very high standard and significantly increased the value of my property whilst providing us with a beautiful landscape to live within. After the job was completed Nathan continued to make himself available for advice and this has continued to this day. I consider him a friend. We approached Outdoor Secrets to design and construct our highly vegetated and steep back yard into a functional outdoor space where our family and friends could spend time together. Being a challenging space, we wanted a one stop shop (for both design and construction) and to be able to visualise up front the potential outcomes given the changes in levels being proposed. Outdoor Secrets met our expectations through each step of the process by being able to produce 3D fly through models of the options for our space and to explain to us the possibilities which were available to us. From day one on meeting Nathan we felt nothing was too hard and that the entire team made the process smooth and efficient by having an in-house design team to share our ideas with, through the pricing and construction process with Adam the construction manager and Matt our site supervisor who ensured that there was a high quality of finish and attention to detail along the way. Working with Outdoor Secrets allowed us to bring our backyard to life exactly as we had imagined.

Outdoor Secrets recently transformed our unruly yard into a fantastic family living space complete with a swimming pool and amazing gardens. From the initial design through to completion, the team was prompt, professional, enthusiastic and focused on delivering what we wanted. Their attention to detail and high quality work was quite amazing and exceeded our expectations.
